本日未明、恒例の「Appleイベント」が開催され、予想通り「iPhone16」シリーズが発表されました。
16と16Plusと16Proと16Pro Maxの４グレード。いずれも今週金曜に予約受付開始、来週金曜に発売です。
私のiPhone遍歴は、2008年に日本初発売の<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-10.html" target="_blank" title="iPhone 3G">iPhone 3G</a>を、朝から店頭に並んで買ったところから始まります。
翌年は買い控えたものの、2010年からは毎年、4、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-144.html" target="_blank" title="4S">4S</a>、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-352.html" target="_blank" title="5">5</a>、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-723.html" target="_blank" title="5s">5s</a>、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-1083.html" target="_blank" title="6 Plus">6 Plus</a>、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-1452.html" target="_blank" title="6s Plus">6s Plus</a>、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-1830.html" target="_blank" title="7 Plus">7 Plus</a>と買って来ました。
その7が出た翌年の2017年には、8と同時に発売された<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-2229.html" target="_blank" title="X">X</a>の方を購入。顔認証が気に入って2年間使いました。
ここまでの全機種は、いまも書斎の書棚に陳列しております。
2019年からは、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-2993.html" target="_blank" title="11 Pro">11 Pro</a>、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-3654.html" target="_blank" title="13 Pro">13 Pro</a>、<a href="http://tsuruhara9linic.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-4397.html" target="_blank" title="15 Pro">15 Pro</a>と、1年おきに、西暦の奇数年に購入してきています。
いま電話用に使ってるのは15ですが、11をおもに音楽用、13は予備機として旅行には必ず携行します。
で、本日発表の16 Pro。画面が少し大きくなって、チップもカメラも音響もバッテリーも進化しています。
最大のトピックはもちろん、AppleのAIである｢Apple Intelligence｣の搭載ですね。
ただし、最初は米国英語版からの導入で、日本用は来年追加される予定とのこと。下手をすると1年後？
う〜ん、となると、このAI機能目的で16を買う意味無し、ってことですか。
とうことで、他の機能にはそそられますが、iPhone 16は予定通り、私としては見送らせて頂きます。
それより、新しい「Apple Watch Series 10」が、かなり気になってるところなんですよね〜
